Refund policy

1. BlackFlashShop ("BFS") does not accept returns or exchanges. Every item is made to order.

NO REFUNDS. ALL SALES FINAL.

All sales are final. Please make sure that you know what design you want, that you know what your size is and have the correct color or colors before you place your order.



2. BlackFlashShop ("BFS") is not responsible for any loss or damage of merchandise by way of customer. Additionally, BlackFlashShop  will not be held liable to accommodate size or address changes. All orders will be shipped with the information provided at time of order.

 

3. This site and it's partners are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all shipping information is correct at the time of order. During order fulfillment address changes cannot be made once the order has been placed. Only the customer has the ability to change or alter any address.

 

4. Estimated packing and shipping for orders is approximately (7-10) business days, based on the availability of your items and the shipping options selected. To avoid any issues please make sure the following are all updated and correct:

• Address/PO BOX
• Zip Code
• City, State
• Apartment Number (if applicable)

 

5. We are not responsible for lost/stolen or damaged items. Once items leave our facilities, are out for delivery and the carrier states delivered, it is not our policy to replace anything lost/stolen or damaged.

 

6. Holidays, sales and promotions may increase shipping time.  Please note that during these events processing times may increase. Please allow additional days for delivery during this time. We strive to send orders out as quickly as possible. Order status inquiries during this time are welcome.
